Our Story
Cambridge Capital was founded by Kevin Ngo armed with over 23 years’ experience in the property industry including owning and operating a successful commercial agency, property investment and development. Following a healthy tenure with Westpac Banking Corporation he then moved on to working for balance sheet funders in the private lending segment with property developers and this is where he found his niche.
Kevin’s pragmatic approach lead him to the path of Cambridge Capital going deep and becoming the expert authority in property development funding solutions for clients whom held multiple types of asset classes.
He firmly believes successful business is fundamentally about people and goes above and beyond to add value and build strong relationships with everyone he works with.
Married with 3 young children, when he’s not in the office he’s at home helping out with the cooking, cleaning and kids story time. You’ll never see him sitting still for long! Keeping active means a love of the gym, running, hiking and keeping up with his 3 little ones.
